Understanding CIDR (Classless Inter-Domain Routing)
CIDR (Classless Inter-Domain Routing) is a method for allocating IP addresses and managing IP routing more efficiently. It replaces the old classful IP addressing system (Class A, B, C) and allows for flexible subnetting.
